We believe in full transparency. Seed Enterprise Consulting iscompensated solely by the SEIS/EIS-approved companies, never by investors.

Fee Type 1

Introduction Fees

SEIS/EIS-approved companies pay an introduction fee upon a successful outcome, that is, when an introduction we facilitate results in an investment being made in that company.

Fee Type 2
Equity Allocation

In addition to introduction fees, we may receive a share allocation in the company. The size of any equity allocation is scaled according to the level of investment raised through our introductions.

Investor Costs
Free for Investors

There are no fees, charges, or obligations of any kind for private investors using our introduction service. Our costs are borne entirely by the qualifying companies we work with.
